How to Order

1.) Email us at babycarousel@gmail.com and let us know your:

i. Full name
ii. Products you wish to order, size & qty (if product has more than 1 size published)
iii. Delivery address

2.) We will reply your email to let you know if the item is available or sold.
If it is available, we will calculate delivery costs based on the total product weight and your delivery location. We will then request you to proceed with payment.

3.) To make payment, you may bank in cheque or cash or perform bank transfer/maybank2u to Maybank account:
5121-0126-2250 (Nadia Aisyah binti Salim)
Send us your proof of payment.

4.) Upon receipt of payment in our bank account, we will proceed with your order delivery.


TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Goods will be delivered only after full payment has been received.
2. Goods sold cannot be returned/exchanged and are non-refundable.
3. We may entertain Self Pick-up or Cash on Delivery (COD) of order within Puchong, Glenmarie or Subang Jaya areas. Inquire with us via e-mail. Self Pick-up is free.
4. Certain goods may require 1-2 weeks for delivery if shipped directly from UK or US. Our supplier will need 4-6 days to ship to us, and we will need another 2-3 days to ship to you via Pos Malaysia.
